Yes, you can re-open a past grievance. All grievances are registered under the phone number that you gave at the time of registering the grievance. Click the link below to go to the New Grievance page.

All grievances are registered under the phone number that you gave at the time of registering the grievance. Enter that phone number on the Grievances page and click “Submit”. The system will display all pending grievances made under the given phone number.
Call the general phone number and a Customer Service Representative will help you contact the right officer.
Alternatively, you may refer to the following page to find out the concerned officer for your college and his contact number.
